Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring
  • 1 lb powdered sugar
  • graham cracker crust
  • 4 bananas
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 1 large can pineapple

Instructions

  1. Beat butter, eggs, vanilla, and powdered sugar for 15 minutes with an electric mixer.
  2. Cut in half with a butter knife.
  3. If the mixture stays separated, it is thick enough.
  4. If the mixture is runny, add more powdered sugar and beat a little more.
  5. Put half of the mixture in each graham cracker crust and spread evenly to cover the bottom.
  6. Place a layer of sliced bananas and drained pineapple in each pie.
  7. Top with Cool Whip.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving.
