Ingredients

  • 1 medium to large head cabbage
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 1/2 pint mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Shred the cabbage and add chopped green pepper and onion.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, celery seed, and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate before serving.
  5. Will keep for up to 1 week.
