Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 16 oz. can salmon, drained and deboned
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, drained salmon, chopped onion, lemon juice, and salt until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into a ball.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours to firm up.
  4. Mix chopped nuts and chopped parsley.
  5. Coat the salmon ball with the nut and parsley mixture before serving.
