- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Beat eggs in a mixing bowl.
- Add drained and flaked salmon, chopped green onions, chopped green pepper, milk or cream, salt, sugar, and red pepper to the eggs. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the deep-dish pie crust.
- Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15 minutes.
- Reduce oven temperature to 300°F (150°C).
- Continue baking until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
