Ingredients

  • biscuit mix
  • 1 can red salmon, cleaned and drained
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley or cilantro, minced
  • 2 tablespoons dehydrated onions
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 cube butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Mix biscuit mix according to package directions.
  2. Roll the biscuit dough into an oblong shape.
  3. Brush the dough with melted butter or margarine.
  4. Sprinkle dehydrated onions, lemon juice, lemon pepper, paprika, and minced parsley or cilantro over the dough.
  5. Add the cleaned, flaked salmon evenly over the surface.
  6. Roll the dough in jelly roll fashion and slice into about 1-inch thick pieces.
  7. Place the slices on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter or margarine.
  8. Bake according to biscuit package directions until golden brown.
  9. Serve with cheese sauce for salmon rolls.
