Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz) can salmon, undrained
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 8 ounces plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • dash of parsley
  • dry garlic to taste
  • 1 pound spaghetti, cooked as directed on package

Instructions

  1. Saute mushrooms and green onions in butter until tender.
  2. Add undrained salmon and white wine; simmer for 3 minutes.
  3. Stir yogurt, cornstarch, pepper, parsley, and garlic together; add to skillet and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Serve over cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
