Ingredients

  • 8 medium tomatoes
  • 1 to 2 green peppers
  • 1 medium Spanish onion
  • 8 to 10 scallions
  • 2 tsp. cilantro
  • 1 to 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 10 slices jalapeno pepper
