  1. Dice tomatoes and onions and keep the juices.
  2. Place the diced tomatoes and onions in a bowl with a snap-on lid.
  3. Add oregano, basil, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, jalapeno sauce, and Tabasco sauce to taste.
  4. Shake the bowl vigorously to mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  5. Taste and let sit overnight in the refrigerator for best flavor.
