Ingredients

  • 1 bushel tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 6 large green peppers, chopped
  • 6 large onions, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 small bowl hot peppers
  • 3 large garlic bulbs, minced
  • 3 c. vinegar cider
  • 6 pkg. salsa starter mix

Instructions

  1. Cook all ingredients for 20 minutes, lowering heat when it starts to boil.
  2. Cook for an additional 20 minutes.
  3. Pour into sterile jars and process in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes.
