Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except marshmallows.
  2. Pat the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle marshmallows over the hot crust.
  5. Put in the oven for approximately 1 minute until marshmallows just begin to puff.
  6. Cool slightly before cutting and serving.
