Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 12 oz peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 cup white syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 2 cups dry roasted peanuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cake mix, melted butter, and egg in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Press the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and evenly distribute mini marshmallows on top.
  6. Return to oven and bake for about 3 minutes until marshmallows puff up.
