Ingredients

  • 5 lb. hamburger
  • 1 1/4 cups curing salt
  • 1/4 cup wine
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for 24 hours.
  3. Form the mixture into 3 rolls using netting.
  4. Bake at 225°F (107°C) for 4 hours.
