Instructions
- Break up garlic and rub in bowl.
- Paste anchovies, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and lemon juice.
- Add just egg yolk; mix.
- Add mustard; mix again.
- Add olive oil; blend at the same time.
- Add romaine; toss.
- Add croutons and Parmesan cheese; toss again.
- Add fresh pepper to taste.
