Ingredients

  • 3 lb. medium shrimp
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse and drain the shrimp.
  2. Place the shrimp in a 9 x 13-inch Corning Ware dish sprayed with vegetable oil.
  3. Place slices of margarine on top of the shrimp.
  4. Generously season the shrimp with black pepper.
  5. Bake at 400°F for approximately 10 minutes.
  6. Turn the shrimp with a spatula.
  7. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
