A colorful, fruity salad combining tropical and orchard flavors, perfect for gatherings, picnics, or as a refreshing side dish for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 can peaches, diced and drained
  • 1 can pears, diced and drained
  • 1 can mandarin oranges with juice
  • 1 cup grapes, cut in two and seeds removed

Instructions

  1. Mix the juice from the canned fruits with the canned crushed pineapple, drained peaches, drained pears, and mandarin oranges in a large bowl.
  2. Sprinkle lemon pudding mix over the fruit mixture and stir gently to combine.
  3. Chill the fruit salad overnight in the refrigerator.
  4. Just before serving, peel and dice one banana and add it to the fruit salad.
