- Mix the juice from the canned fruits with the canned crushed pineapple, drained peaches, drained pears, and mandarin oranges in a large bowl.
- Sprinkle lemon pudding mix over the fruit mixture and stir gently to combine.
- Chill the fruit salad overnight in the refrigerator.
- Just before serving, peel and dice one banana and add it to the fruit salad.
