Ingredients

  • 1 cup cut up cooked ham
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 5 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine ham and butter in an 8-inch round dish covered with wax paper.
  2. Cook at High for 2 to 3 minutes; stir once.
  3. Combine cream cheese and milk; blend in eggs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the egg mixture to the ham.
  5. Cook, covered, at Medium for 5 to 6 minutes or until eggs are almost set.
  6. Stir twice during cooking.
  7. Let stand, covered, for 3 minutes before serving.
