Saucy Chops Cincinnati

- Brown both
- sides
- of chops slowly in hot oil. Combine applesauce, soy
- sauce,
- onion and cinnamon.
- Arrange chops in single layer in shallow baking dish.
- Spoon applesauce mixture evenly over
- chops.
- Cover pan with foil.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
- Remove
- foil.
- Turn chops over and baste.
- Return to oven. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes longer or until chops are tender. Serves 4 to 6.
