Ingredients
- 1 large can sauerkraut, drained and chopped ⓘ
- 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons chopped pimento ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper ⓘ
- 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped ⓘ
- 1/2 cup dry, very fine bread crumbs ⓘ
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon sugar ⓘ
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and form into balls.
- Prepare frosting by blending 8 ounces cream cheese with 2 tablespoons milk until smooth.
- Spread the frosting on the sauerkraut balls.
- Garnish each with olives and parsley.
- Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld.
