Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1/4 c. onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic
  • 1 c. mixed vegetables
  • 1 c. tomatoes, diced or squeezed
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 tsp. flour

Instructions

  1. Braise the sausage and drain the grease off.
  2. Add flour to the sausage and stir to coat.
  3. Add all ingredients—onion, salt, garlic, mixed vegetables, tomatoes, pepper, and oregano—into the sausage mixture.
  4. Place the mixture in a casserole dish and bake until heated through and bubbly.
