Ingredients

  • 2 loaves frozen bread
  • 1 lb. Italian sausage (4 mild and 1 hot)
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup green pepper
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Let 2 loaves of frozen bread rise; pat in a cookie sheet until flat, like a pizza.
  2. Fry the Italian sausage and drain well.
  3. Mix chopped onion, green pepper, celery, and grated Cheddar cheese.
  4. Spread the vegetable and cheese mixture on top of the flattened bread dough.
  5. Roll up the dough with the filling inside and butter the top.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
