Ingredients

  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown sausage in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. Unroll one can of crescent rolls and place it in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
  3. Spread the cooked sausage evenly over the crescent rolls.
  4. Pour the beaten eggs over the sausage layer.
  5. Unroll the remaining can of crescent rolls and place it on top of the sausage and egg mixture.
  6. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Bake according to the directions on the crescent roll can, until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Allow to cool slightly, then cut into bars and serve.
