- Brown sausage in a skillet and drain excess fat.
- Unroll one can of crescent rolls and place it in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
- Spread the cooked sausage evenly over the crescent rolls.
- Pour the beaten eggs over the sausage layer.
- Unroll the remaining can of crescent rolls and place it on top of the sausage and egg mixture.
- Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake according to the directions on the crescent roll can, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow to cool slightly, then cut into bars and serve.
