Sausage lasagne wraps combine savory Italian sausage and melty mozzarella inside lasagne noodles, baked with rich Italian sauce. Perfect for a hearty, family-friendly meal.

Ingredients

  • 6 lasagne noodles
  • 1 lb. Hillshire smoked sausage
  • 3 slices Mozzarella cheese
  • 16 oz. jar Italian sauce
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain the lasagne noodles.
  2. Divide the sausage into 6 pieces. Split each piece lengthwise and stuff with half a slice of mozzarella cheese.
  3. Wrap each sausage piece in a lasagne noodle.
  4. Place the wraps in a baking dish and cover with Italian sauce.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
