  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 1 onion, minced

Instructions

  2. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  3. Place the meatballs in a baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes until cooked through and browned.
