  3. Add the crumbled, cooked sausage on top of the sour cream mixture.
  4. Beat the eggs and pour them over the sausage and sour cream mixture.
  5. Spoon the remaining sour cream mixture over the eggs and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
  6. Bake at 325°F for 20 to 25 minutes, uncovered.
