Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. Italian sweet sausage
  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 6 large green peppers
  • 3 large onions
  • 16 oz. bottle Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Place sausage links in a baking dish and bake at 400°F for 15 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add quartered potatoes, chopped green peppers, and sliced onions to the dish.
  3. Pour Italian dressing over the mixture. Add water, garlic powder, oregano, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
  6. Remove the foil and bake at 400°F to brown the top.
