Sausage Vegetable Casserole

A hearty sausage and vegetable casserole combining cheesy flavors with crispy potatoes, perfect for comforting family dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups hash browns potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 pound smoked sausage

Instructions

  1. Spray a casserole dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Press hash browns potatoes into the bottom of the dish.
  3. Layer frozen mixed vegetables on top of the potatoes.
  4. Cut smoked sausage into pieces and add on top of the vegetables.
  5. Mix cheddar cheese soup and milk together and pour over the layered ingredients.
  6. Bake in a 400-degree Fahrenheit oven for 1 hour.
  7. Serve with biscuits.
