Ingredients

  • 1 (2.4 oz.) pkg. Knorr leek soup
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen or canned white crabmeat, drained
  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon snipped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill weed

Instructions

  1. Mix together the first four ingredients until well blended.
  2. Stir in the next four ingredients: crabmeat, artichoke hearts, Swiss cheese, and dill.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. Stir before serving.
  5. Optional: heat the dip if desired.
  6. Serve with crackers or other accompaniments.
