Sausalito Crab Dip offers a creamy, cheesy blend with a hint of dill and lemon, perfect for parties or casual gatherings with crackers or veggie sticks.
Ingredients
- 1 (2.4 oz.) pkg. Knorr leek soup ⓘ
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice ⓘ
- 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce ⓘ
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen or canned white crabmeat, drained ⓘ
- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped ⓘ
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill weed ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix together the first four ingredients until well blended.
- Stir in the next four ingredients: crabmeat, artichoke hearts, Swiss cheese, and dill.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Stir before serving.
- Optional: heat the dip if desired.
- Serve with crackers or other accompaniments.
