Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini, sliced and quartered
  • 1 crookneck yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasonings
  • 1 dash pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add sliced zucchini, yellow squash, and green pepper to the skillet.
  4. Sprinkle with Italian seasonings, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook and stir until vegetables are tender and flavors melded, about 8-10 minutes.
