Instructions

  1. Place the sausages into a medium-sized saucepan and cover with water.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 8 minutes.
  3. Remove the sausages from the water and cut into 1-inch slices.
  4. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large nonstick skillet.
  5. Add the sausage slices and sauté for about 3 minutes, until lightly browned.
  6. Remove the sausages from the skillet and set aside.
  7. Add the garlic and sliced red onion to the skillet and sauté for 3 minutes.
  8. Add the sliced yellow and red bell peppers and sauté for 10 minutes.
