Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. skim milk
  • 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. loose-pack frozen cut broccoli
  • 1/2 lb. fully cooked ham, cut into 1/2-inch strips
  • 2/3 c. canned sauerkraut, rinsed, drained and snipped
  • 1/4 c. low calorie Italian salad dressing
  • 1 3/4 c. shredded Brick cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F and grease a 9-inch pie plate with butter or margarine.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine eggs, milk, and flour. Cover and blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pie plate.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until golden and set.
