Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp. butter or margarine ⓘ
- 2 eggs ⓘ
- 3/4 c. skim milk ⓘ
- 3/4 c. all-purpose flour ⓘ
- 1 c. loose-pack frozen cut broccoli
- 1/2 lb. fully cooked ham, cut into 1/2-inch strips ⓘ
- 2/3 c. canned sauerkraut, rinsed, drained and snipped ⓘ
- 1/4 c. low calorie Italian salad dressing ⓘ
- 1 3/4 c. shredded Brick cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and grease a 9-inch pie plate with butter or margarine.
- In a blender or food processor, combine eggs, milk, and flour. Cover and blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pie plate.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until golden and set.
