Ingredients

  • 4 shoulder chops
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Brown the shoulder chops on both sides in a skillet or pan.
  2. Mix vinegar, water, paprika, garlic salt, pepper, and salt well.
  3. Pour the mixture over the browned chops.
  4. Cover tightly and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes, turning once during cooking.
  5. Add more water if necessary to prevent burning, aiming to have no liquid left when serving.
  6. Serve hot.
