Scalloped Pineapple Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 4 c. bread, cubed
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 can pineapple, crushed

Instructions

  1. Drain pineapple.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine cubed bread, sugar, eggs and margarine.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add milk and pineapple.
  6. Spread ingredients in a 2-quart, greased baking dish and bake at 325° for 45 to 50 minutes.
  7. Serve as a side dish with baked chicken.
