Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and add minced garlic, salt, and oregano.
  2. Add peeled and deveined shrimp to the skillet.
  3. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
  5. Serve over rice or your favorite pasta.
