Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs, salt, melted butter, lemon juice, flour, and milk together until smooth.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased 10-inch oven-safe skillet.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 450°F for 5 to 8 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with powdered sugar and lemon juice.
  6. Serve immediately.
