Ingredients

  • 8 oz. elbow macaroni
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can corned beef
  • 1/4 lb. sharp cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • dash of garlic salt
  • 3/4 c. bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni in salted water until al dente, then drain.
  2. Blend the milk, cream of mushroom soup, chopped corned beef, diced sharp cheese, chopped onion, and garlic salt until well combined.
  3. Grease a large casserole dish.
  4. Layer the cooked macaroni and the beef mixture alternately in the casserole dish.
  5. Mix the layers gently, then sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
  6. Dot with small pieces of butter before baking.
