Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 c. quick cooking oats

Instructions

  1. Melt butter; stir in brown sugar.
  2. Add baking powder and oats. Spread in 8-inch square pan.
  3. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Be sure to remove from pan before completely cooled (very important).
