Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 3 Tbsp cooking sherry
  • 1 c chicken bouillon
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1/3 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 1/2 lb sea legs

Instructions

  1. Saute mushrooms in butter until tender.
  2. Add cooking sherry to the mushrooms and cook briefly.
  3. Mix flour with water to create a paste.
  4. Add the flour paste to the chicken bouillon.
  5. Stir in salt and black pepper.
  6. Pour the mixture into the mushrooms and cook over medium heat until thickened, about 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. Add sea legs and sour cream to the sauce.
  8. Heat until warmed through.
  9. Serve over rice.
