Seafood Appetizer Mold
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
- 3 Tbsp. cold water ⓘ
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of tomato, celery or shrimp soup ⓘ
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened ⓘ
- 1 c. mayonnaise ⓘ
- 1/2 lb. tiny shrimp or crab or both (canned or fresh) ⓘ
- 1 c. chopped celery ⓘ
- 1/2 c. chopped green onion
- juice of 1/2 lemon ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional) ⓘ
- dash of Worcestershire sauce (optional) ⓘ
Instructions
- Heat the soup. Dissolve gelatin in water and add to the soup. Add softened cream cheese and blend until smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients and pour into an oiled mold.
- Chill until firm. Unmold.
- Serve with crackers.
