Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. chopped chives
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 c. milk
  • dash of hot sauce
  • 1/2 c. condensed tomato soup
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. cooked seafood
  • 1 c. light cream
  • sherry to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook chopped onion and chopped chives in butter in a saucepan over medium heat until tender.
  2. Add chicken bouillon cube, milk, and hot sauce; bring to a steaming hot temperature.
  3. Stir in condensed tomato soup and lemon juice; heat through, stirring constantly.
  4. Add cooked seafood and light cream; heat without boiling.
