Seafood boulettes are crispy, flavorful bites combining crawfish, shrimp, crab, or fish with aromatic vegetables and spices, perfect for seafood lovers or entertaining guests.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups seafood (crawfish, shrimp, crab, or fish)
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 4 drops Tabasco
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Season-All
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
  • 2 cups Italian bread crumbs
  • 4 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Place seafood in a large bowl. Add all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  2. Roll mixture into golf ball-sized portions.
  3. Coat the balls with additional bread crumbs.
  4. Drop into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
