Seafood Gazpacho

Instructions
- Peel and seed cucumber; cut into chunks.
- Stem and seed pepper.
- Quarter and seed tomatoes.
- Whirl vegetables and scallions in a food processor until finely chopped; transfer to a large bowl.
- Squeeze 1 tablespoon juice from the lemon and stir in with the tomato juice, oil, dill, 1 1/4 teaspoons salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
- Add clams.
- Slice shrimp in half lengthwise and add.
- Chill.
- Taste and add salt and pepper, if needed.
