  • 1 tsp. Old Bay
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 1 lb. lobster meat
  • 1 lb. scallops

Instructions

  1. Mix the beaten eggs, diced green peppers, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, half and half, Old Bay, cayenne pepper, paprika, lemon juice, and flour to create the sauce mixture.
  2. Lightly steam any uncooked seafood such as scallops, lobster, and crab meat to ensure they are cooked through.
  3. Gently fold the cooked seafood into the sauce mixture, ensuring it is evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the seafood mixture in individual shells or a casserole dish.
