- 1/2 pound large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup margarine ⓘ
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced ⓘ
- 1 cup thinly sliced carrots ⓘ
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves ⓘ
- 4 ounces fresh pea pods ⓘ
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions ⓘ
Instructions
- Combine lemon juice, cornstarch, and salt; mix well.
- Add scallops and shrimp to the mixture and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- In a skillet, melt margarine over medium heat.
