Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 boxes #23 rigatoni (24 oz.)
  • 2 lb. jars Classico spicy red pepper pasta sauce
  • 2 lb. mozzarella
  • 1 1/2 lb. large shrimp

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni pasta according to box instructions.
  2. Shell and devein the large shrimp.
  3. Wash the scallops.
  4. In a 10 x 16-inch glass casserole, layer cooked pasta, seafood sauce, and cheese.
  5. Repeat the layering process one more time.
  6. Bake in a 400°F oven until cheese is melted and lightly browned, about 30 to 45 minutes.
  7. Let cool for about 20 minutes before cutting into sections and serving.
