Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup hot oil
  • chicken pieces
  • 2 medium onions, diced
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 4 heaping teaspoons mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • juice of 2 large lemons
  • salt and pepper
  • crushed bouillon cube

Instructions

  1. Fry chicken in hot oil until crispy.
  2. Combine diced onions, sliced onions, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add cooked chicken pieces, crushed bouillon cube, and water to make the sauce.
  4. Simmer the mixture for 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Serve over hot rice.
