Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 14 1/2 oz. can tomatoes
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup uncooked noodles
  • 2 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and grate the Cheddar cheese; set aside.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a pan; add chopped onion and cook until onion is clear.
  3. Add tomatoes or tomato sauce to the beef mixture.
  4. Stir in uncooked noodles and cover the pan.
  5. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes until the noodles are done.
  6. Add grated Cheddar cheese and cook until melted.
