A hearty casserole combining beef, noodles, peas, and creamy mushroom and tomato soups, topped with cheese and paprika for a comforting, family-friendly meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 10 oz. frozen peas
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 oz.) can pork with barbecue sauce
  • 7 oz. flat egg noodles
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 onions
  • 1 cup grated Velveeta cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown beef and diced onions; drain excess fat.
  2. Cook egg noodles in salted water according to package instructions.
  3. Cook frozen peas as directed on the package.
  4. Mix cooked beef, onions, peas, cream of mushroom soup, pork with barbecue sauce, tomato soup, and grated Velveeta cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  6. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 35 to 40 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika and a small amount of cheese.
  8. Return to the oven until the cheese melts and is bubbly.
