- Combine 1/2 can tomato sauce, mustard, brown sugar, and vinegar in a bowl; blend well. Set aside.
- Mix beef, sausage, eggs, onion, salt, pepper, and stuffing mix with the prepared sauce from step 1.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf in a shallow baking pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour, basting with the prepared sauce every 15 to 20 minutes.
