Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. ground sausage
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 (6 oz.) package stuffing mix

Instructions

  1. Combine 1/2 can tomato sauce, mustard, brown sugar, and vinegar in a bowl; blend well. Set aside.
  2. Mix beef, sausage, eggs, onion, salt, pepper, and stuffing mix with the prepared sauce from step 1.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf in a shallow baking pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour, basting with the prepared sauce every 15 to 20 minutes.
