Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup herb-seasoned crumb stuffing mix
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoon margarine
  • 1/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Crush the crumbs by placing them in a Ziploc bag and rolling a rolling pin over the bag.
  2. Open the bag and add the grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Re-seal the bag and shake to mix.
