Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 small onions, chopped
  • 1 small can pimentos, chopped
  • 3 small green beans, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Crisco

Instructions

  1. Brown green beans and onions in a heavy skillet with just enough Crisco to cook.
  2. When tender, add ground beef and cook on medium heat until meat is browned.
  3. Add cream of mushroom soup and chopped pimentos; cook on low for about 10 minutes.
  4. Open 1 or 2 cans of Chinese noodles and pour over the top of Shallalai before serving.
